Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return or exchange according to the procedures outlined below.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.

  • Order number
  • First and last name
  • Product or products you intend to return
  • Reason for return or exchange, if you wish to state it

Conditions for return

Products must be returned:

  • undamaged and intact;
  • unused, unwashed, and free from signs of wear;
  • complete with any labels, original packaging, and included accessories;
  • in the same condition in which they were received.

For hygiene and product protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn beyond simple try-on, washed, stained, perfumed, or altered in any way.

Returns are not possible for personalized, tailor-made, or specially requested products, except for defects or errors attributable to NURA RIVIERA.

Size or product exchanges

If you wish to exchange a size, color, or model, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery by writing to:

The exchange will only be possible if the requested product is available. Otherwise, you can choose to receive a refund or a voucher of the same value to use on our website.

Shipping costs for the exchange are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered.

Shipping costs for return

Shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product, a product damaged upon delivery, or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NURA RIVIERA is not responsible for any lost packages during return transit.

Refund

After receiving the product and verifying that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Any initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, after verification, we will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
