These conditions govern the use of the NURA RIVIERA website and the purchase of products available on our online shop.

By accessing the site and/or placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

NURA RIVIERA offers clothing and accessories inspired by Italy, Naples, and Mediterranean style.

The product images on the website are intended to represent the product as faithfully as possible. However, colors, proportions, and details may vary slightly depending on the screen used, the lighting in the photographs, or the manufacturing process of the product.

3. Prices

All prices indicated on the website are in euros.

The final price of the order is shown at checkout before purchase confirmation, including any applicable shipping costs.

NURA RIVIERA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer must correctly enter the requested data during checkout.

After order confirmation, the customer will receive a summary email at the address provided during the purchase process.

NURA RIVIERA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incomplete or incorrect data, product unavailability, obvious pricing error, or payment-related issues.

5. Payments

Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout.

The order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Payment data is managed through secure platforms and is not stored directly by NURA RIVIERA.

6. Preparation and Shipping

Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days from payment confirmation.

Once preparation is complete, the order is entrusted to the courier. Average shipping times are 2-5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore 5-10 business days from order confirmation.

The indicated times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond NURA RIVIERA's control, such as courier delays, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or logistical problems.

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered when placing the order.

NURA RIVIERA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If the customer realizes they have entered an incorrect address, they must contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to intervene, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been prepared or shipped.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, for online purchases, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from product delivery, without providing any reason. The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy indicates that the right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts, such as online purchases.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to:

indicating:

order number;
first and last name;
product or products they intend to return;
reason for return, if they wish to provide it.

From June 19, 2026, the Consumer Code will also include Article 54-bis relating to withdrawal in distance contracts concluded via an online interface; for this reason, it is advisable to check with a consultant whether your shop must also provide a dedicated digital function for withdrawal.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, free of signs of wear, and complete with any labels, original packaging, and included accessories.

Returns are not possible for personalized products, custom-made items, or products modified at the customer's request, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to NURA RIVIERA.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

10. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

NURA RIVIERA reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the indicated return conditions.

11. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product received is defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After verification, we will propose an appropriate solution, such as replacement, exchange, or refund.

12. Sizes and Fit

The measurements indicated in the product sheets are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the model.

Customers are advised to consult the Size Guide before purchasing.

NURA RIVIERA is not responsible for errors in size selection, except when the received product is different from the one ordered.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and creative materials, are the property of NURA RIVIERA or their respective owners.

Copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content on the website is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

NURA RIVIERA is not responsible for any service disruptions, website interruptions, delays, or inability to access caused by events beyond its control.

NURA RIVIERA is also not responsible for delays or problems caused by couriers, payment services, incorrect data provided by the customer, or force majeure.

15. Privacy

The processing of customer personal data takes place in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection.

16. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

NURA RIVIERA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be valid from the moment of publication on the website. Already confirmed orders will remain governed by the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
